Applied Kinesiology for TRS

Applied Kinesiology:  3 Ways To Muscle Test For TRS; Boost Your Health

You cannot take whatever you like into your body without knowing whether it is good for your body or not. So it must be testified first, then consumed, and the same goes for TRS. If you want to know whether your body needs TRS or not, you can simply do a muscle test. A muscle test is a great way to find what is good for your body to take it in. The muscle test is also called applied kinesiology, and below, we are going to discuss the three top methods to muscle test yourself for TRS

Applied kinesiology started in 1964 as a system of muscle testing. George j. Goodheart introduced applied kinesiology. He was a chiropractor.

Keep in mind that applied kinesiology is different from kinesiology: the scientific study of the body’s movements. Applied kinesiology is of the view that for every internal issue you have, there is an association of this issue with connected muscle weakness.

Before we dive deep if you do not know what muscle testing is, let’s look at it.

Muscle testing

Muscle testing is the collection of information with the help of your body intelligence to execute the action right for you.

Applied kinesiology is rising in popularity, and muscle testing is getting more common among individuals due to its immense benefits.

It is a great tool that can give you the best results by using it properly.

How applied kinesiology and muscle testing works

We have conscious and subconscious minds. The subconscious mind has recorded data of everything that happened, but it is beyond our access. The subconscious knows our body and its needs. It also knows what suits our body and what does not.

Similarly, our body has its own electrical field around it. Electrical energy in the form of nerve impulses runs in our body. If anything in the environment hits with this energy and is not right for the body, the whole system gets disturbed, and it can be felt in the muscles since muscles are the places where energy is used.

Such disturbance of the electrical field will cause your muscle to get weak, and you can sense it by looking at it. If something resonates with your body, you will feel strength in your muscle, which means that thing is required for the body, and the body is happy to welcome it.

With the help of your muscles, you can find what things strengthen or weaken your system, and this process is known as applied kinesiology.

Sway testing technique

There are many ways to get answers from your body for different kinds of questions, and one of the easiest ways is sway testing technique or self muscle testing. Your subconscious will inform you of the impact of that thing you want to try.

Similar to plants, your body will move towards what it senses as positive or true and will pull itself back from what it sees as negative.

You can do this sway test at your home, and it shows that your thought process and emotions have an impact on your nervous system, which then regulates the muscle response.

How to do the sway test yourself

You can do a sway test while standing or sitting up straight in a chair. Your feet should be pointing forward and straight without having any turn in or out. Loosen up your hands on the sides and calm yourself.

Tap yourself on the thymus gland to ensure the forward flow of energy because it will assure the correct result. The thymus gland is located in the chest under the breast bone, and you can tap it for 20 to 30 seconds.

Now, to perform an accuracy check, you can say something or just think of something you know to be true. Just like “my name is Amber” (which is your name), and after that, you can replace it with another name like “my name is Rachel” (which is not your name).

Note both the responses of your body to both names. You will likely feel that your body leans forward for the correct name (“yes” response) and leans backwards for the incorrect name ( “no” response).

Now, you are ready to start asking questions.

For example, you can ask yourself, “Am I tense because of the workload and strict deadline”. If the answer is yes, you can go further by asking more questions like “Am I procrastinating or not” and in this way, you can get all your answers by using the sway test.

3 ways to muscle test for TRS

TRS is a supplement of significant importance for detoxification. If you feel you need to use TRS, you can use the muscle testing technique to ask your body whether there is a need for TRS or not. Although TRS is extremely beneficial, your body could have symptoms as it might stir things up and balance to function better.

Following are the 3 ways to muscle test yourself for the TRS

First method

Stand barefooted on the ground and hold the bottle of the TRS. Make a statement or hold a thought in your mind “This TRS is good for my body”.

Now wait, and you will notice your body moving forward or backwards. If your body moves forward, it means “yes”, and if it goes backwards, it means “no”.

Second method

Point your index and thumb of your left hand and maintain it. These two fingers must be parallel to each other. After that, place the index finger and thumb of your right hand on the outside of those pointed fingers of your left hand.

Now, place the TRS bottle in front of you, and make a statement “This TRS is good for my body.” If the TRS is beneficial for your body, you will feel that your index finger and thumb hold strong, and if it is not good, you will feel weakness in these two fingers.

Third method

Your heart has the most vibrations among all your body parts. To test yourself for the TRS, what you can do is just pick the bottle of the TRS and rub it gently on the area of your chest. At the same time, hold your left hand and push your index finger from the top with the help of your middle finger.

Now, if your index finger goes weak as you rub the TRS bottle gently on the area of your heart, it means that your body says “yes” (needs TRS), and if your index finger stays strong, it means “no”(no need for TRS).

Using muscle test for the amount of TRS sprays

This technique not only tells you whether TRS is required for your body or not but also tells you how many sprays are required for your body. Because sometimes one spray might not be enough for your body.

You can find out the number of sprays needed for your body by simply applying this technique.

When your body tells you that it needs TRS, you can simply increase the number of sprays to 2 or 3 and check again.

If your body needs more sprays than 1 or 2, it will tell you immediately after you ask.

Not only this, but you can also try it for different products like ADVANCED CBD, and ADVANCED FULVIC etc.

Intuitive calibration: The alternative to muscle test

We usually use muscle testing techniques to find out how many sprays are required for us. But some people use some other techniques like intuitive calibration.

Intuitive calibration is a method to know how your body responds to what is right and what is wrong. You are going deep inside the body to feel how the body responds to what is right for it and how it responds to something which is not right for it.

This technique is more like identifying answers to your prayers. Many people use it when they pray.

To start intuitive calibration, you need to close your eyes and start taking deep breaths. After breathing deeply several times, you can ask your body, “body! What does a “yes” feel like”? Now, breathe deeply again and again and observe what feels in your body.

Many people were asked to describe their body’s “yes” feeling and they came up with the following answers.

  • Feelings of spiritual expansion
  • Spiritual smiling
  • Feelings of warmth in lungs
  • Feelings of energy rise
  • Feelings of chest widening

After knowing what “yes” feels like in your body, now, ask your body “body! What does a “no” feel like?”

Breathe deeply again and again and carefully observe what is happening inside your body.

When the same people were asked to describe how a “no” feels like inside their body, these were their answers.

  • Tingling on body parts
  • Energy sinking downwards
  • feeling s of being closed off
  • Feelings of body contraction

Everybody is different and responds in a different way to these questions, but a lot of similarities can be seen in these answers.

One of the most important things to find out is how your body communicates a “false yes” and a “false no”. Many people feel dizziness and movement in their bodies that are different from what they feel for a true “yes” and “no”.

Now, you will understand how your body communicates with you and what it needs. You will be able to spot a “false yes” and a false no to get rid of the confusion.

You might wonder why a body tries to confuse us. It is because our subconscious mind is trying to keep us as safe as possible. The subconscious tries to confuse the conscious to avoid changes that may seem dangerous. By creating confusion, it hampers us from taking that action.

But once you get in tune with your body and start to recognize the “yes” and “no”, many of your life’s complexities will be solved.

If you pray regularly, you can try this method to know what God reveals to you through your body. You can know exactly how he communicates with you through “yes” and “no”.

If you do not pray, use this technique to know your soul’s feelings about that particular moment or decision.

Whether you pray or not, it is the most intense technique to get in tune with your body and soul.

We highly encourage you to try this technique. As we know that life is nothing but a series of a large number of breaths, and it means that by governing your breath, you can align yourself truly with life. This method will help you a lot to align yourself with life.

Asking the right questions for TRS

You need to ask the right questions when you are using the intuitive calibration because the answers you get are completely dependent on the exact questions you ask.

Asking “do I need TRS at this moment” will get you a different answer than asking, “How many TRS sprays should I take today”. Even this question may get you a different answer than “how many sprays of TRS should I take to help me alleviate my high blood pressure.”

It is better to use specific questions for using TRS because TRS is used to treat toxicity-linked symptoms.

When you are looking for numeric answers, you can ask this like “More than 1? More than 4? Less than 10 etc.” Breathe and observe carefully the changes occurring in your body.

All the answers you need for your questions are within you. All you have to do is to access those answers properly. You can get these answers through prayer as well, so the choice is totally yours.

Problem-solving

Generally, the muscle testing technique is wonderful, but for people who find it hard to practice, intuitive calibration is the thing to do. But still, some people may have difficulty doing this one too.

To practice intuitive calibration, keep yourself hydrated. Practice deep breathing, align your mind and body and just be at peace. Your body’s electrical field should be “north-south polar” rather than some others.

If your polarity is not “north-south polar”, you can fix it by saying to yourself a few times, “I am north-south polar!” and it works.

So, fixing these problems of polarity, hydration and grounding will help you address your problems with intuitive calibration.

Utilizing intuitive calibration for others

You can use intuitive calibration for others as well. You can use intuitive calibration the same way as you do it for yourself.

You can ask questions from yourself or the creator for your children. Like “how many sprays of TRS are required for my children”.

Conclusion

The applied kinesiology or muscle testing and intuitive calibration can be used to determine how many sprays of the TRS are required for your body.

The TRS is essential to help the body in detoxification, and applied kinesiology or muscle testing will help you in determining the exact levels required for your body.
