Detox Support

Sometimes along our journeys need detox support , we can experience symptoms that could be something naturally we are going through, or it could be detox symptoms. These symptoms can include things like extra mucus, coughing, muscle aches, fatigue, constipation or diarrhea, a slight temperature, and so on. One common question we get is: are the symptoms we’re experiencing detox, or illness–or something else? The reality is that it’s not always easy to tell. For example, Sleep deprivation and stress are also known to cause symptoms that can be confused for symptoms of detox.

It is also possible to experience symptoms when beginning TRS at the same time as they begin other new health endeavors: dietary changes, new supplements, new medications, or changes in exercise routines. You should also consider if you have recently interacted with someone that was ill. All of these things can also contribute to different symptoms. It’s worth taking all changes into account when trying to figure out the source of a symptom. You may be wondering how long the symptoms last. Unfortunately, it’s impossible for anyone to tell.

Everyone’s health or symptoms vary. Whether symptoms are caused by detox or other factors, they can all benefit from proper remedies. Keep in mind TRS only interacts with things that are positively charged, like heavy metals, so it is safe to take TRS with virtually any OTC medication or any herbs that you might want to use for your situation. Treating your symptoms can be helpful no matter why the symptoms are there. We encourage you to use your own judgment on this issue. I would suggest considering supplements that are organic and devoid of fillers.
