Iridology
Iridology is the study of the iris to determine genetic tendencies (both strong and weak) so you can learn how to “live in your body” so that when you get old you feel good. Sclerology shows us what is going on now in our body and what is “coming down the line” through generations. These two sciences are a great way to learn about your body’s health and how you can improve it. By looking at the color and structure we can determine overall tendencies, weaknesses, strengths, dietary needs, herbal and detox needs, and many other things that help your health. Have you ever really looked at your eyeballs?
How your irises are changing in iridology due to detoxification – part 2
Pigments
Do you have yellow, orange, or brown pigments in your irises? Do you have yellow, pink, blue, or brown color in your scleras?
Maybe you have them all?
These are all indicators of your genetic tendencies and your lifestyle. Your iris tells us about your genetic tendencies so you can learn how to live in the body that has been gifted to you. Your sclera tells us what is happening right now in your body. The amazing thing about the sclera is that it can show us circulation issues throughout the body, if the program you are following is working or needs changing, if the cleansing program you are on is working, if there is too much sugar in your body, if you have yeast and many other things. As you are using TRS for detoxing, your sclera should be becoming brighter and whiter and appear cleaner with less and less blood vessels in them. Here are a few examples of pigments in the iris and sclera.
In the iris the yellow pigments have to do with the kidneys and their possible inability to eliminate toxins. Orange pigments in the iris have to do with a possible imbalance in blood sugar which is an epidemic right now. Brown in the iris and in the sclera has to do with the liver and gallbladder and the possibility of MTHFR gene errors. Pink in the sclera has to do with allergies. Blue in the sclera has to do with possible circulatory issues. Yellow in the sclera has to do with the liver.
Our eyes are in front of us all day long yet so many people don’t know what their eyes are telling them.
There’s a saying “The Eyes are the Windows to the Soul“. The Eyes are also “The Windows to our Health“.

Heavy Metal Toxicity and MTHFR:
Methylation, it’s a big word that you probably don’t think applies to you, however, read on because knowing about methylation could improve or save your life.
Methylation defects are tied to a wide variety of conditions:
• ADD or ADHD
• Addictive Behavior
• Alcoholism
• Allergies or Multiple Chemical Sensitivities
• Anxiety
• Atherosclerosis
• Autism or Down’s Syndrome
• Bipolar or Manic Depression
• Cancer
• Chronic Viral Infections
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s
• Diabetes
• Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
• Frequent Miscarriages
• Hashimoto’s or Hypothyroidism
• Insomnia
• Lyme Disease
• Multiple Sclerosis and other Autoimmune Disorders
• Neuropathy
• Pulmonary Embolism
• Schizophrenia
• Spina Bifida or Cleft Palate or Neural Tube Defects
Usually in severe cases, the symptoms are due to toxin build-up; please note the methylation defect does not cause Lyme, which is a tick-borne illness. But the infection causes ammonia, quinolinic acid, acetaldehyde, etc… and methylation defects reduce the person’s ability from properly detoxifying, repairing the damage and fighting the infection and co-infections. This explains the severe symptoms that come and go in some people, and why some folks hurt so badly and others don’t.
This is why it’s so important to detox. The liver is the organ that takes the brunt of all the toxins we bring into our body and it’s the one organ that heals the fastest. Cleanse and detox and you will feel so much better and your eyes will look so much clearer.
The GREAT NEWS is this:
A lot of us here have MTHFR mutations and TRS is really ideal because we’re poor detoxers and TRS does not rely on our detox capabilities like most detoxes. TRS will bind metals and toxins and leave the body, primarily through the urine in about 6 hours. Go to https://iridology.cosevatrs.com to learn more.
Over 70% of the world population has a variation of MTHFR
The process of methylation (or biochemistry in general) can be very technical and scientific. However, to make it more easily understood, think of methylation as having three primary functions:
- It Promotes Detoxification
- It Controls Inflammation
- It Balances Neurotransmitters
When this process of methylation is not working at full capacity, we have an imbalance between supply and demand. An imbalance between the stressors on the body that are demanding our cells to supply sufficient methylation, resulting in the primary functions of methylation not being performed optimally. As a result, your body becomes toxic. Your body accumulates abnormally high levels of inflammation, which in turn, mood and emotional changes develop. This can impact your feelings of happiness and sadness, focus and concentration, sleep, motivation, pleasure, pain, as well your ability to acquire and learn new information.
A further consequence of methylation breakdown can impact fundamental processes in the body such as thyroid, adrenal, pancreas, stomach, intestinal, and hormone imbalances. A MTHFR gene mutation could complicate this process even further by contributing more methylation deficiencies to an already excessive.
